Buttonworks Australia Pty Ltd distributes all parcels through Australia Post. Retail Customers: All our products are made to order. We endeavor to ship within 48hrs, but please allow up to 4 business days for an order to be shipped, as many of our products are hand made. Once an order has been shipped you will be notified via email. Whilst placing an order, shipping costs, delivery times and GST (if relevant) are estimated once a delivery address has been entered into the Location and Shipping Method window. Any customs charges, which may be applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Parcels are delivered on business days, please take into account weekends and public holidays. The word day/s refers to business days (Monday to Friday). Any days estimated refers to postage days. Free Australia wide shipping on orders over $50 and free international shipping on orders over $200. Express post retail orders are processed and dispatched in 1-2 business days. Please advise in order comments at checkout, if your order is required by a certain date. Wholesale Customers: All orders are sent with Australia Post unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are charged at Australia Post rates. Typical lead times are between 10 and 15 working days, and may vary depending on demand. A confirmation email with estimated times will be sent out once an order has been placed. Delivery Times

Refunds and Returns
For all returns or refunds please contact us immediately, upon receipt of goods. It is important to us to resolve any issue that may occur. Please contact us immediately so that we can discuss any issues with the purchase or damage to goods and arrange for goods to be returned or replaced within the specified time. Our returns and refunds policy applies to goods that are damaged prior to delivery, have not been worn, used, broken or altered.
