Shipping

Buttonworks Australia Pty Ltd distributes all parcels through Australia Post. Postage rates are dependent on weight, location and order value. Postage options available to you are listed at checkout. We ship from Somerville, Victoria, Australia.

All our products are made to order. We endeavor to ship within 48hrs, but please allow up to 4 business days for an order to be shipped, as many of our products are hand made. Once an order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Please note if you elect to have your items safe dropped by Australia Post, Buttonworks Australia is not liable for any lost or unlocatable goods.

Whilst placing an order, shipping costs, delivery times and GST (if relevant) are estimated once a delivery address has been entered into the Location and Shipping Method window. Any customs charges, which may be applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Parcels are delivered on business days, please take into account weekends, public holidays and peak seasons.

Online Orders:

​Buttonworks is able to post domestic and international orders.

Express post online orders are processed and dispatched in 1-2 business days. Please advise in order comments at checkout, if your order is required by a certain date.

Stockists/ Trade Orders:
Typical lead times are approximately 15 working days, and may vary  depending on demand. A confirmation email will be sent out once an order has been placed.

​Delivery Times
  • For metropolitan areas, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart, standard delivery can take between 2-5 days.
  • For WA, NT and all regional areas of other states and territories, standard delivery can take between 5-10 days.
  • Overseas standard delivery can take between 4-20 days.
  • Domestic Express Post delivery times are estimated 1 day for metro and all other areas are as per Australia Post Express network.

Parcel Tracking
A confirmation email will be sent when an order has been posted, tracking details will be included in the email.
Refunds and Exchanges

For all refunds and exchanges please contact us upon receipt of goods, refunds, returns or exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please choose carefully, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind for products ordered online.

Our returns policy applies to goods that are damaged prior to delivery, have not been worn, used, broken or altered. Any postage costs incurred for the return of goods are to be paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon.  
  • No returns will be accepted without authorisation from Buttonworks Australia.
  • Once returned goods have been received and condition inspected a confirmation of receipt email will be sent, with an approval or rejection of a refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit  applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Postage costs are non refundable, refunds are only applicable to items purchased, any postage costs paid will be deducted from the refund. 
  • Incorrectly shipped or defective goods queries must be raised with Buttonworks Australia within 14 days of receipt.
