Buttonworks Australia Pty Ltd distributes all parcels through Australia Post. Postage rates are dependent on weight, location and order value. Postage options available to you are listed at checkout. We ship from Somerville, Victoria, Australia. All our products are made to order. We endeavor to ship within 48hrs, but please allow up to 4 business days for an order to be shipped, as many of our products are hand made. Once an order has been shipped you will be notified via email. Please note if you elect to have your items safe dropped by Australia Post, Buttonworks Australia is not liable for any lost or unlocatable goods. Whilst placing an order, shipping costs, delivery times and GST (if relevant) are estimated once a delivery address has been entered into the Location and Shipping Method window. Any customs charges, which may be applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Parcels are delivered on business days, please take into account weekends, public holidays and peak seasons. Refunds and Exchanges
For all refunds and exchanges please contact us upon receipt of goods, refunds, returns or exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please choose carefully, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind for products ordered online. Our returns policy applies to goods that are damaged prior to delivery, have not been worn, used, broken or altered. Any postage costs incurred for the return of goods are to be paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
